Bike Rentals.  The Resort does not rent motor bikes, however if you wish to rent a bike contact the Front Desk staff who can arrange bikes to be delivered directly to the resort.
Dress Codes.  Infinity Heights Resort is a casual and relaxed resort.  The only dress code we ask is that guest wear a shirt during meals.  Guest are also reminded that the local government has implemented an Ordinance banning the wearing of certain brief swim-wear in public places.  Please ask the Front Desk for details.
Drinking Water.  We do not recommend your drink water from the taps.  Please use bottled water or the free service water provided
Drone Policy.  For the privacy and preserving a peaceful environment for our guests we discourage the use of drones.  However, if you wish to fly your drone, kindly ask our Front Desk.  They will check with other guests to see if they do not mind before given approval.
Generator.  The Resort has a back-up generator in the event of electricity Brown-Out.  Guests may experience a slight power interruption of about 15 seconds during which time the generator will start and supply back-up power.
Outside Food and Drinks.  As with most resorts and hotels worldwide, we do not allow outside food or drinks to be brought onto the resort.  Cooking in the room is strictly not allowed due to safety and hygiene considerations.  Your understanding is appreciated.
Safety. Siquijor is a very safe island.  However as in all places petty theft may occur. Please take care of your belongings when touring the island.  All valuable items should be put into safety box provided in the rooms or handed to the Front Desk for safe keeping.
Service Charge. The Resort does not apply a Service Charge to Accommodation, Food & Beverage (except Room Service), and other services such as tours, massages etc.  Our friendly and dedicated staff would welcome any token of appreciation.  All tips are divided equally to all staff.
Smoking Policy.  The Resort, along with most of the island, is a Non-Smoking area including rooms, balconies, swimming pool and gardens.  However, we have a designated smoking area at the Jungle Bar.  Kindly note that the local government has implemented a Non Smoking Policy on the island.
Swimming Pool.  Our swimming is almost 2 meters (7 feet) at the deepest point.  Please stay within the shallow area if you are not a strong swimmer and always supervise your children.  A poolside sign will indicate whenever the qualified Life Guard is not on duty.
